DaN Photofficial was founded by two brothers, Daniel and Nikolay Ashkov.
Their work in independent cinema and documentary filmmaking progressively gave birth to the method now used within the DaN Photofficial Experience.
Before the creation of this structure, Daniel and Nikolay collaborated with a wide range of profiles: dancers, musicians, singers, art schools, entrepreneurs, public figures, athletes, as well as numerous professionals from the audiovisual industry.
This diversity of experiences progressively shaped their understanding of the relationship between image, perception, audience, and value.

Among their earliest collaborators and now established colleague within the network is Isabelle Bouvard — independent actress, comedian, former business owner, communication agent, and art teacher.
Her experience in communication, acquisition, and human relations contributed to the development of the foundations now used within the DaN Photofficial method.
